One session
Set the machine, arm the bat, swing, read the knob. The rings measure every swing against your own recent ones, so you can tell a good round from a lucky one.

Set the machine
SPEED and PITCH (FST, LHC, RHC) on the panel, then INTERVAL and SETS of 10, 20 or continuous.
